Joe has over 25 years experience in managing and administrating many types of dental offices. He works with patients to help them understand all their financial and treatment needs. He started JRS Management Inc. in 1997 and is currently teamed up with Dr. Lee J. Levinson at Bellmore Family Dental.

DR. JOSEPH MANISCALCO
Prosthodontist / Clinical Director

Dr. Maniscalco attended Manhattan College where he received a bachelors degree in biology in 1996. He then attended New York University where he received his DDS degree in 2000. Upon graduation he received two prestigious awards; one for operative dentistry and the other for removable prosthodontics. Dr. Maniscalco went on to complete his prosthodontics residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Portland, Oregon in 2003. In this residency he received a citation from the Military Order of the Purple Heart for exemplary care. To further expand his abilities, he completed in 2003 a two year fellowship encompassing all aspects of surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry at New York University. Dr. Maniscalco's strongest attributes include explaining all aspects of your care and delivering this care in the most comfortable way possible. He currently resides on Long Island with his wife and two children.

Dr. Joseph Argento has been practicing Periodontics for twenty years. He graduated SUNY at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1987 earning his D.D.S (Doctor of Dental Surgery). He received several awards in periodontics and was a member of the dental honor society. He went on to receive his certificate of training from Farleigh Dickinson University becoming a board eligible periodontist. He has practiced and taught at Northport Veterans Administration Hospital as well as in the periodontics clinic at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He has expertise in the latest techniques for treating periodontal disease and related conditions including surgical and non surgical therapy. He resides on Long Island with his family.

Dr. Levinson brings twenty-eight years of dental practice experience to Bellmore Family Dental. He spent his early years as Chief-of-Staff of two large dental offices in Manhattan, then went into family practice on eastern Long Island’s south shore in 1985. He is proud to be associated with a talented, dedicated, and concerned staff that embraces his patient-oriented philosophy. Dr. Levinson is married, with three sons. He oil paints and attempts to be a handyman around the house.

She has been practicing dental hygiene for the past 15 years. She attended State University at Farmingdale as well as Iona and Queens College. She has served as a Delegate to the State of New York with the Dental Hygiene Association of New York. She joined the staff of Bellmore Family Dental with extensive periodontal and general dentistry experience. She is involved with the current research linking gum disease to heart disease and diabetes, thus improving a patient’s oral health. This is the most rewarding part of her profession.
Ms. Finova lives in Suffolk County with her family and enjoys the great outdoors.

Trish has been in the dental field for over 9 yrs. She started out as a dental assistant working with a variety of specialists and is currently the patient coordinator / marketing director for Bellmore Family Dental. Having such versatile experience in all aspects of the dental field has enabled her to facilitate the growth of the practice. One of her major accomplishments has been her ability to show patients the many ways that they can get the smile they have always desired, thus enhancing their self confidence. She currently resides on Long Island with her 3 yr. old son.

Paula has been in the dental field since 1980, working in various positions such as: Dental assistant, Receptionist and was a office manager as well. She realized just how much she loved the dental profession and became a dental hygienist in 2003. She graduated as Vice President in her class and recently became certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide for the comfort of her patients. She lives in Suffolk County with her beautiful family enjoying many outdoor activities.

Patricia has been in the dental field for over 4 years. She graduated from Farmingdale State College in 2009 with a degree in dental hygiene and is certfified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She loves working with both adults and children because each day is a new experience. Patricia lives in Nassau County and enjoys many outdoor activities.

Stephanie, Janelle & Angelina have been dental assistants for many years.
They work with all our doctors & help them provide the best care we can offer our patients. Their wonderful personalities combined with their overall dental knowledge enables them to be companionate and comforting while answering any of your dental questions or concerns. They are a tremendous asset to out practice.
